Microgreens are loaded with health benefits. Each variety has a different nutritional benefit, but they are a great source of minerals, antioxidants, vitamins, and fiber.   Research comparing microgreens with the developed greens report that the nutritional contents in microgreens can be up to 30 times higher than those found in  fully developed plants.

How it works?  

Subscriptions are billed 4 weeks at a time. 

Orders must be placed or canceled on or before the 25th of each month for the next month. You will receive a microgreen super salad every Wednesday for pickup at the 1901 Plaza Sundry. You will be able to choose from the MicroGreek salad or the Salad of the Week. The menu will be made available the first Wednesday of the month for the following month.    

Our salads are  full of organic artesian lettuces  and locally sourced veggies. We bring the farm straight to your table. Locally sourced grade A goat cheeses, tomatoes, cucumbers and proteins will also be an option if available. Our salads come with clean dressings made in-house with fresh, organic and natural ingredients (all naturally gluten free).  

Let us do dinner for you every Friday. Let us do all the hard work for you. After a long week at the office, come by and pick up your dinner for 4 on the way home.  All you have to do is heat and serve.

You can choose from the dinner of the week or  marinated Greek herb chicken breast.  Menu will be made available the first Friday of the month for the following month. Delivery is available for 5 or more subscriptions.
 

We will be serving some of your favorite Albert's specialties such as: lasagna (red or white), meatloaf, pot roast, salmon/chicken orzo and marinated Greek herb chicken just to name a few. All dinners come with side salad, a vegetable, and bread. Gluten Free and Keto options are available for most items upon request.
